1. Booking Amount
You need to pay a booking amount to confirm your reservation.
We clearly inform you about the exact deposit before you finalize your tour. The amount depends on your selected itinerary, travel dates, hotel category, and included services. This ensures you understand the commitment before proceeding.
2. Balance Payment
You must clear the remaining amount before your tour begins.
In most cases, we request full payment 15 to 30 days before arrival. However, during peak seasons and festival periods in Jaipur, we may ask for the balance earlier. This helps us secure hotels, transport, and activities without last-minute issues.
3. Accepted Payment Modes
We offer multiple secure payment options for your convenience. You can choose the method that suits you best:
Credit & Debit Cards – Visa, MasterCard, RuPay, and other major cards
UPI Payments – Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.
Net Banking – Direct online transfers
Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) – Direct deposit into our official account

4. Cancellation & Refund
Sometimes travel plans change. In such cases, you can cancel your booking by informing our team in writing.
We calculate cancellation charges based on the cancellation date and the services we already reserved for you. To avoid confusion, we clearly mention refund eligibility and applicable charges in our Refund Policy page. We strongly recommend reviewing it before confirming your tour.
5. Pricing & Currency
We quote all prices in Indian Rupees (INR) unless we mention otherwise.
If you make a payment from outside India, your bank may apply exchange rate differences or international transaction charges. In that case, you will need to cover those additional costs.
6. Late Payments
You must complete your payment within the shared timeline. If you delay the balance beyond the due date, we may cancel your booking. As a result, cancellation charges may apply according to our policy.
