All communications regarding Jaipur Tours, holiday bookings, itinerary changes, payments, or cancellations should be addressed to Jaipur Tour Packages through our official contact details mentioned on the website.

Booking Policy
Your contract is with Jaipur Tour Packages once we confirm your travel services in writing and receive the required deposit.
- Bookings are considered confirmed only after receipt of the applicable advance payment.
- Verbal confirmations are not valid unless supported by written communication.
- The final itinerary and inclusions will be shared at the time of confirmation.

Payment Terms
- A minimum 25% advance payment of the total package cost is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days prior to the travel date.
- For bookings made within 15 days of departure, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.
Special Note
For peak travel periods such as:
- Diwali
- Christmas & New Year
- Pushkar Fair
- Long weekends and major festivals
Full payment may be required at the time of booking. Certain heritage hotels, luxury stays, and special event bookings may also require complete advance payment.

Mode of Payment
We accept payments through the following methods:
- Online Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.)
- Online Debit Cards
- Net Banking
- UPI Payments
- Bank Transfer (RTGS / NEFT / IMPS)
- Cash / Cheque / Demand Draft (as applicable)
Note:
- A bank processing fee (if applicable) will be borne by the client.
- All payments must be made without any withholding tax or deductions.
- Any transaction or intermediary bank charges are the responsibility of the payer.
All payments must be made in favor of the company name mentioned on our official website.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your Jaipur Travel Package, written notification via email is mandatory. Cancellation charges apply from the date we receive written communication.
- 60 days or more before travel: 10% of total package cost
- 59–30 days before travel: 20% of total package cost
- 29–15 days before travel: 25% of total package cost
- 14–8 days before travel: 50% of total package cost
- 7 days or less / No Show: 100% (No refund)
Important Notes:
- A minimum 10% service charge applies once booking is confirmed.
- No refunds during peak season, festival dates, special events, or long weekends.
- Separate cancellation policies may apply for luxury trains, flights, and special properties.

Refund Policy
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed as per cancellation terms.
- Refund processing may take 2–4 weeks, depending on banking procedures.
- Any bank charges applicable for refund transactions will be deducted from the refundable amount.
- No refund is available for partially utilized services.

Arrival & Departure Policy
Hotel Check-in: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
Early check-in is subject to availability. Guaranteed early check-in requires booking from the previous night.
Hotel Check-out: 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.

Extra Usage of Vehicle
Vehicle services are provided strictly as per the confirmed itinerary.
Any additional sightseeing or extended usage beyond agreed hours/kilometers will incur extra charges.
Parking fees, toll taxes, and interstate taxes (if not included) must be paid by the guest directly.
Liabilities & Limitations
Jaipur Tour Packages acts only as an intermediary between clients and service providers such as hotels, airlines, transport operators, and other contractors.
We are not responsible for:
- Changes in hotel tariffs or airline schedules
- Weather disruptions
- Road conditions or natural calamities
- Flight/train delays or cancellations
- Accidents, vehicle breakdowns
- Political closures or government restrictions
- Any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control
All itineraries are subject to modification depending on local conditions and operational factors.

Travel Insurance
We do not provide insurance coverage for:
- Accidents
- Medical emergencies
- Theft or loss of belongings
- Trip interruptions
Guests are strongly advised to obtain comprehensive travel insurance before starting your Jaipur Holiday Packages.
All personal belongings remain at the traveler’s own risk throughout the journey.

Right to Refuse Service
Jaipur Tour Packages reserves the right to:
- Cancel services if circumstances make the tour impracticable, with a refund of unused service value.
- Refuse service to any individual without assigning a specific reason, in the interest of safety and operational integrity.

Dispute Resolution
For Any dispute arising from bookings or services will be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed at Jaipur Tour Packages.
- All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Jaipur, Rajasthan (India) courts only.
- The agreement will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
